The A1-K9 training concept has been inspired by our own dog pack of 4, which were part of our life for nearly 15 years.
Our expertise stems from training our own dogs and from years of involvement in dog training for search and rescue, water rescue and other working dogs.
Based on pack order and positive reinforcement, i.e. reward the positive and ignore the negative, our training method proves to be very successful.
It is our objective not just to help people cope with their ‘problem dog’, but to eliminate and solve the problem.

·House calls/Assessment (to assess and train the dog within the family unit, i.e. study behaviour of all family members and dog(s))
·Assessment at A1-K9 facility
·Obedience training (Individual classes or 6 week training course)
·Agility training (specifically designed outdoor agility course)
·Socialisation training - 6 week course (fun-walk in an established group to teach your dog to behave amongst people and dogs on/off lead in a controlled ‘real life situation’)
