Booking Terms & Conditions – Country Cabin – A1-K9 Boarding Kennels and Training Centre

A non refundable deposit of 50% is to be transferred at time of booking. The balance is either payable at time of booking per electronic transfer or at a minimum of 30 days prior to arrival. If you book less than 4 weeks prior to your holiday, we will require full payment at the time of booking.

Cancellation after final payment made results in loss of all rental fees. If you cancel more than 4 weeks before the start date your deposit will be forfeited. The 50% deposit covers cancellation or modification of dates. If this is a concern guests may wish to take out holiday insurance.

All payments should be made by electronic transfer or cash, no credit cards.

Occupancy shall be from 3.00pm to 7.00pm on the day of arrival and up until 10.00am on the day of departure.

1 or 2 well behaved, house trained and clean dogs are welcome in the Cabin. (Proof of yearly up to date vaccinations including Kennel cough vaccination essential). Females in season cannot be accepted. Dogs are not allowed on furniture / bed and cannot be left in the cabin unattended. A once off end of stay cleaning charge of €50.00 will apply.

If required, a space for your dog is available in the kennels, inclusive of super premium food and bedding (suitable only for dogs that do not suffer from seperation anxiety) at €20.00 per day/€35.00 per day for 2 dogs sharing. If dogs stay exclusively in the kennels, the end of stay cleaning charge does not apply.

Gardens, Agility and secure training yard may be used with the owner’s consent and with prior arrangement during your stay. Dogs must be under effective control at all times. Visitors must respect our Kennel Terms and Conditions to ensure the wellbeing of all dogs on our premises.

All bed linen/ towels are included in the holiday price.

€20.00 Electricity per week included, excess usage at own cost. Water is free.

For the comfort of all guests smoking is not allowed in the cabin.




There is safe parking in our secure gated customer car park on the property.


A refundable security payment of €100.00 is payable upon arrival to cover possible damage or breakage.

While it is unlikely that you should have a complaint, occasionally things do go wrong. If you have a problem during your stay, you MUST inform the owners immediately who will endeavour to rectify the matter. The owners will not accept liability for any dissatisfaction or other complaint not reported during your stay.
