A1-K9 is a purpose built Boarding Kennels and Training Centre located on a stunning property in the rural picturesque area of East Cork between the villages of Knockraha and Watergrasshill. Our kennels are specifically designed to provide an environment that will cater not only for the physical needs of all dogs but will also ensure their emotional wellbeing.
Based on extensive research we designed and built the Complex to a very high European Standard. Our main objective is, to provide all dogs with a comfortable and stress free environment and their owners with peace of mind whilst they are departed from their canine friend.
The A1-K9 concept has been inspired by our love for our own dogs, our awareness and natural understanding of their needs, as well as by the great affection and respect for the many different breeds of dogs we have worked with throughout our involvement with the Irish Search and Rescue Dogs.
At our Training Centre it is our objective not to just help people deal with problem dogs, but to solve the problem entirely. For us, Dog training is not a job but a vocation - a vocation that we love.
